AHSA LUNCH PROGRAM

Please follow the following steps: Click on link: http://www.simplygourmetlunches.com then click on New Users to create an account. The menu changes every month so you will need to place your orders monthly. You will receive monthly email reminders from Simply Gourmet when to place your orders. *PLEASE make sure you check the BOX ABOVE EACH DATE. Review your order after it is placed to make sure you filled it out correctly. You can update your order after it is placed. If you do update your order, make sure you hit "submit" and check the shopping cart to make sure it is empty. *Please note: The bagels under substitute meals have been changed to plain bagels instead of wheat bagels. It may still say wheat but it will be a plain bagel. There will be no lunch served on half days. Parent Volunteer: Please make sure you add all AHSA - Categories to your e-alerts under subscriptions on your school website personal profile.
Lunch Volunteers Instructions:
1 Volunteers need be present at 11:25AM SHARP. 2. All lunches will be labeled with the student's name and grade. Please organize the lunches by grade before the lunch begins. Make sure you pick up the Lunch Program Folder and Attendance Sheet at the front office when you sign in. 3. The students must take the lunch with their name on it. We cannot make changes. Students can make changes to their lunches on the simply gourmet website.
Parents are able to make changes up to 72 hours prior to the next lunch.
4. Do not give out any extra lunches, students come in late to lunch due to a number of reasons. You will not know if there are extras until the end of the middle school lunch period. The last 15 minutes of the middle school lunch you may sell extra lunches for $2, only to the list of students who have permission from their parents.
*A student may take their sibling’s lunch who is absent at no extra charge.
**5. IMPORTANT: If you CANNOT work your scheduled day, you need to find someone to fill in for you. You may use the Volunteer List posted with the Lunch Volunteer Schedule SEE BELOW .
ON THE DAY you are scheduled to serve lunch and you cannot make it, it is YOUR responsibility to find a volunteer to assist the lunch program immediately.
6. IF A VOLUNTEER DOES NOT SHOW UP on their scheduled day 2 TIMES, they will be removed from the list. This is a major problem which delays the students from getting their lunches.
