AHSA LUNCH PROGRAM
ALPINE SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM
SPRING SESSION BEGINS Monday, April 15th AND ENDS Friday, June 21st.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SELECTIONS CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE THE SESSION IS UNDERWAY. ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED BY FRIDAY, April 5th. NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After your orders are placed, you will be directed to the AHSA network for your credit card payment.

Once you have completed your menus, press continue and your total amount due will appear on the next page. At this time you will have the option to go back if you wish to make any changes before confirming and paying for your order.
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD IN THE SCHOOL, A SEPARATE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH CHILD.

AHSA Lunch Program Volunteer Instructions
Please make sure you add all AHSA - Categories to your e-alerts under subscriptions on your school website personal profile.
Lunch Volunteers Instructions:
1. Volunteers need be present at 11:25AM SHARP.
2. All lunches will be labeled with the student's name and grade. Please organize the lunches by grade before the lunch begins. Make sure you pick up the Lunch Program Folder and Attendance Sheet at the front office when you sign in.
3. Do not give out any extra lunches, students come in late to lunch due to a number of reasons. You will not know if there are extras until the end of the middle school lunch period.
*A student may take their sibling’s lunch who is absent.
**4.IMPORTANT: If you CANNOT work your scheduled day, you will need to find someone to fill in for you. You may use the Volunteer List posted with the Lunch Volunteer Schedule
It is YOUR responsibility to find a volunteer to assist the lunch program immediately.
6. IF A VOLUNTEER DOES NOT SHOW UP on their scheduled day 2 TIMES, they will be removed from the list. This is a major problem which delays the students from getting their lunches.
